Day to day responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Engineers with quotations, tenders, technical drawings and submissions.
- Provide engineering and technical support to clients, mechanical consultants, installers and resellers.
- Develop customer quotations / proposals and follow up on opportunities.
- Assisting in presentations by sales engineers
- Mechanical engineering degree preferred otherwise strong hvac technical knowledge and experience of cooling / refrigeration products
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Proactive with an eagerness to learn and develop
