Overview
MCR are seeking a technically advanced engineering leader with strong experience in the data centre sector.
Working for an internationally established engineering consultancy with a very healthy pipeline of data centre projects, you'll be an early employee in Melbourne and will be tasked with growing and scaling the office.
With a focus on delivery, you'll slot straight in to a lead capacity on a hyperscale design job and you'll operate without the constraints of heavy red tape burden as you seek to scale your team and win new work.
Key Requirements
- Qualified in electrical, mechanical or related building services engineering discipline
- Data Centre experience is essential
- Technically advanced with a passion for design excellence
- A natural relationship builder
- Ability to lead and inspire others
- Willing and able to travel interstate and internationally
