What you'll do:
- Lead the MEP design and engineering of hyperscale datacenter projects, ensuring efficient and optimized technical solutions.
- Manage and coordinate external consultants, contractors and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead design reviews ensuring all designs meet tenant requirements and industry standards.
- Drive engineering excellence by managing project risks, improving design processes, and contributing to technical innovation and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate technical decision-making with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in datacenters or other mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical expertise in MEP design including BOD documentation, technical specifications, and construction drawings
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing consultants, contractors, or complex engineering projects
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
