Salary range (dependent on experience) $230k - $300k + super
Monday to Friday full time permanent role
MCR are seeking a highly skilled Services Manager with a strong background in the delivery of MEP complex construction projects to work onsite a large hyperscale data centre construction project in West Melbourne.
Working closely with the client, consultants and sub-contractors your role will incorporate the delivery of the installation of all services including MEP systems, fire, hydraulics and wider team.
This role demands a proactive approach, making sure that the technical construction not only meets the desired quality standards but is completed efficiently and in line with both time and cost constraints.
Key Requirements
- Essential qualifications: Trade or Engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Required experience: Sound understanding of Mechanical and electrical MEP services alongside leading the delivery of critically complex construction experience.
- Experience in the oversight of delivery for MEPF systems on mission critical sites such as data centres, hospitals, prisons, power generation sites, etc
- A proactive leader not afraid to take a hands-on approach with a calm, analytical approach to complex challenges and a track record as a strategic problem-solver
