Overview
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a Service Delivery Associate with a strong background in providing administrative and customer service support.
Working in a client side capacity for a data centre operator, you will be acting as a key point of contact for data centre customers, acting as main liaison point for fitout works, move-ins and ongoing project works.
Other responsibilities will include ongoing management of customer dashboards, attending customer meetings, incident reporting, monthly reporting and so on.

Key Requirements
- Data Centre experience and understanding of different data centre business models would be highly desirable, but not essential
- Fitout experience - good understanding of technical issues
- Exceptional customer manner, with strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- High level of computer literacy (reporting tools)
- Strong work ethic
