About the Role
You will oversee the management, coordination, and delivery of building services — including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics — across a hyperscale data centre project.
You will play a key leadership role within the project team, ensuring technical excellence, adherence to schedule and budget, and compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
This role demands a proactive approach, making sure that the technical construction not only meets the desired quality standards but is completed efficiently and in line with both time and cost constraints.
Key Requirements
- Essential qualifications: Trade or Engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
- Required experience: Sound understanding of Mechanical and electrical MEP services alongside leading the delivery of critically complex construction experience including data centre projects.
- A proactive leader not afraid to take a hands-on approach with a calm, analytical approach to complex challenges and a track record as a strategic problem-solver
