MCR are seeking a MEP Senior Services Coordinator for data centre construction projects in Melbourne.
This role ensures that all building services (especially mechanical and electrical systems) are correctly coordinated, installed, and integrated into the construction data centre projects to the highest standards, on time, and in line with design intent.
This Services Coordinaor is a hands on, proactive role acting as the essential liaison between design, subcontractors, site teams, and the Services Manager.
Key Requirements
- Essential qualifications: Trade or Engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Required experience: Sound understanding of Mechanical and Electrical MEP services alongside leading the delivery of critically complex construction experience.
- Experience in the oversight of delivery for MEPF systems on mission critical sites such as data centres, hospitals, prisons, power generation sites, etc.
