Senior Facilities Technician, Data Centres (Shift work)
Location: Melbourne (West)
Salary: $145k + super + bonus
Overview
MCR are seeking multiple electrically and mechanically qualified facilities technicians/engineers to be a part of a brand new team who will be operating a hyperscale data centre facility due to go live later this year.
Initially working day times whilst you help to transition the site during the commissioning and handover period, you'll help to ensure all processes, procedures and relevant documentation is in place for the facility launch.
When the site goes live, you'll be a key part of the facility and maintenance team who ensure the continued safe and reliable operation of all critical plant equipment
Key Requirements
- Mechanically or electrically qualified (trade or tertiary)
- Experienced in high tech or critical environments
- Solid understanding of operational processes and procedures including MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, incident management, change management, etc
- Strong computer skills
- Willing and able to work rotating shift rosters
