Our client, a leading Tier 1 Contractor, is expanding its data centre division and requires a proven Senior Estimator to lead high-value bids for mission-critical facilities across Australia.
You will own the full bid process from tender review to submission, driving strategy, value engineering, and commercial outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years estimating large-scale projects ($100M+)
- Demonstrated (recent) success pricing and winning data centre or hyperscale projects
- Expert in first-principles estimating, benchmark analysis, and risk pricing
- Strong supplier/subcontractor networks in MEP and civil disciplines
- Advanced software proficiency (Candy, Benchmark, CostX)
