Joining a rapidly growing organization at the forefront of AI infrastructure development, you'll work on large-scale, high-performance facilities designed specifically for next-generation computing demands. Operating client-side and partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you'll have ownership across the full electrical engineering lifecycle from power infrastructure and controls through to commissioning, optimization, and operational performance.

What you'll do
- Lead electrical design and engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, from concept development through commissioning and operational handover.
- Develop technical specifications, perform engineering calculations, and oversee equipment selection to ensure performance, reliability, and efficiency requirements are met.
- Review and manage the work of consultants and contractors, including design documentation, electrical drawings, and technical deliverables.
- Support site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure installations meet design standards and achieve optimal operational performance.
- Contribute to engineering standards, design optimization initiatives, and R&D programs that drive innovation across future infrastructure projects.
- Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer with 8+ years of experience, including at least 3 years delivering electrical infrastructure within data center or AI compute environments.
- Strong technical expertise across DC power systems, low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical infrastructure, with a solid understanding of relevant local and international standards.
- Experience designing and supporting mission-critical infrastructure, with the ability to solve complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions for high-density AI workloads.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary, multicultural teams and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with strong documentation skills and a desire to contribute to engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and emerging AI infrastructure technologies.
