Overview
Our client, a global owner/operator of cutting-edge data centres, is seeking a skilled Senior Construction Planner
to join their dynamic Singapore team.
This is a high-impact role for a proactive professional ready to drive scheduling excellence on technically complex, fast-paced data centre construction projects across the South East Asia region.
As a Senior Planner, you’ll partner with project teams and contractors to ensure robust schedules that deliver projects on time. You’ll analyze schedules, mitigate risks, and provide data-driven insights to support critical decision-making, playing a key role in delivering world-class infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with contractors to establish and maintain project schedules.
- Analyze schedules to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Produce monthly reports and dashboards to communicate schedule health.
- Create what-if scenarios to guide project decisions.
- Drive scheduling best practices and standardization.
- Review Time Impact Analysis and provide actionable feedback.
- Lead schedule-focused meetings with stakeholders.
- Integrate scheduling data into Power BI for enhanced reporting.
- Degree qualified in construction, engineering or related
- Data Centre construction experience essential
- 6+ years in construction scheduling, including schedule development, analysis, and earned value management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Skilled in Power BI, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to travel in region up to 25%
