You’ve built schedules on complex builds before. You know when things are slipping before anyone else does. You’re not just updating Gantt charts—you’re steering the entire delivery.
In this role, you’ll be the scheduling lead across high-value data centre projects in Asia. From pre-construction planning through to handover, you’ll map out every critical path, challenge delays, and bring predictability to fast-moving programs. You’ll work directly with contractors, engineers, and leadership teams to keep everyone aligned and on track.
This isn’t about pushing paper. It’s about driving outcomes.
What you bring:
- 7–10 years experience building and managing schedules for large construction or infrastructure projects
- Expert-level user of Primavera P6 and a strong understanding of earned value and critical path analysis
- Able to create fully resourced schedules and run meaningful “what if” scenarios
- Confident presenting to leadership and running cross-functional reviews
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in different locations across the region
- Detail-obsessed but outcome-focused—you know how to cut through noise
- Degree-qualified in engineering, construction, or related field
- Take ownership of scheduling on major APAC data centre builds
- Work with a high-performing delivery team that values facts, not fluff
