We are partnering exclusively with a infrastructure specialist currently expanding its APAC operations.
This isn't a general construction role; it is a dedicated mandate to lead the delivery of complex structured cabling systems for the world’s most significant hyperscale and enterprise data centre providers.
Our client is disrupting the cabling industry by replacing manual tracking with a high-tech, AI-integrated project delivery model:
- Automated Site Intelligence:
Use industry-leading reality-capture and AI analytics to automate cable-run documentation and rack-level progress tracking.
- P
redictive Connectivity Dashboards:
Leverage advanced data-driven forecasting for resource planning and material logistics.
- Integrated Digital Workflows:
Champion the use of CDE and BIM-led processes to ensure the physical layer aligns perfectly with MEP and architectural timelines.
- Cabling Lifecycle Management:
Lead the delivery of structured cabling across APAC, overseeing everything from design validation and material procurement to final testing and handover.
- Infrastructure Expertise:
Coordinate complex design deliverables, including high-density fibre layouts, copper systems, and equipment rack planning.
- Technical Governance:
Ensure all installations meet rigorous TIA/EIA standards, QA/QC records, and client-specific testing protocols.
- Regional Leadership:
Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams across multiple APAC countries, ensuring safety and precision at every site.
- 7–10 years of experience managing structured cabling, ELV, or low-voltage infrastructure within data centre environments.
- Deep proficiency in fibre and copper systems, containment solutions, and high-density optical distribution.
- A degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or similar; BICSI RCDD, DCDC, or PMP certifications are highly advantageous.
- A proactive problem-solver who understands the nuances of mission-critical connectivity and the importance of precision-led delivery.
