Quality & Compliance Manager, APAC | Data Centre Developer
Location: Singapore
Salary: circa $168,000 - $1920,000 + bonus (negotiable)

We’re hiring a Quality Manager to drive operational excellence across live data centre environments—not construction sites.
This role is all about maintaining the highest standards in uptime, compliance, and performance across critical infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:

• Own and develop SOPs, EOPs, MOPs, and CAPA frameworks across multiple sites
• Lead incident reporting, root cause analysis, and operational risk reviews
• Ensure ISO 9001 and related certifications are maintained and embedded into daily ops
• Work with FM and engineering teams to improve quality processes, training, and documentation
• Run internal audits, vendor assessments, and compliance checks across APAC
• Act as the bridge between technical operations and quality assurance

• Proven experience in live data centre operations , not construction QA/QC
• Strong knowledge of critical environments, preferably hyperscale
• Experience leading operational quality programs, audits, and risk mitigation plans
• Comfortable rolling out quality frameworks across multiple countries and teams
• Familiar with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), CAPA, and continuous improvement tools
• Engineering background preferred; certifications in QHSE, risk, or compliance are a plus
