This role is about owning quality delivery across data centre design and construction projects throughout Asia Pacific for a global data centre developer.

You’ll lead the QA/QC function, build scalable systems, drive continuous improvement, and work across multiple teams and countries to ensure world-class outcomes.

What you'll actually do:

• Develop and lead the QA/QC strategy across all APAC data centre projects
• Own the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure it’s embedded into daily project delivery
• Audit live construction sites and ensure procedures are being followed
• Drive supplier and contractor quality performance through inspections and corrective actions
• Lead root cause investigations and implement close-out actions across sites
• Standardise quality processes and templates region-wide, aligned with global benchmarks
• Report quality metrics to senior stakeholders and ensure transparency across the program
• Collaborate with construction, commissioning, procurement, and design teams to spot issues before they escalate
• Support and train local project teams on quality standards, tools, and expectations

• 10+ years in QA/QC, with proven success in construction or data centre projects
• Deep understanding of ISO standards, international codes, and compliance frameworks
• Strong grasp of quality audits, inspection systems, and corrective action tracking
• Experience working across multiple countries and large-scale project portfolios
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to identify gaps and trends
• Hands-on approach, not afraid to be on site and in the thick of it
• Degree-qualified in engineering or construction-related discipline
• Bonus if you’ve built or led regional QA/QC functions in fast-paced environments
