Senior Project Manager, Data Centres

Salary: $260k - $300k + super
Overview
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to work as the Victorian 2IC to the Australian Construction Manager.
Assisting across the delivery of multiple data centre construction projects, you'll be first point of contact for site-based PM's who are delivering projects valued at several hundred million $$$'s each.
As well as ongoing delivery matters, you'll also get involved in pre-construction and ECI works; and you'll be deeply involved in bid work for future opportunities.
We are looking for someone with a strong delivery background who is ready to step in to the next phase of their career as a business leader.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years site-based construction experience
- 5+ years experience of leading the delivery of large, technically complex building construction projects
- Have led projects with values into the hundreds of millions $$$
- Data Centre construction experience would be a strong advantage, but at the least you'll have built power-hungry facilities with 24X7 uptime requirements
- Head Contractor/Builder experience essential
- Australian Citizenship OR qualified for and prepared to obtain Australian Citizenship. This is because NV1 Security Clearance will have to obtained for site access to specific projects.
