Overview
MCR are looking for someone from a Project Co-Ordinator, Project Engineer or Project Manager background to take the lead across multiple data centre install jobs
Leading teams of 10-40, and project values between $2m-$15m you'll be overseeing the install of a variety of equipment in to new build hyperscale data centre facilities. Technically, the equipment includes structural and mechanical products.
This role will be split between office and site based. Office is in the Western Suburbs and most jobs will be in the West or North of Melbourne.
Key Requirements
- Contracting experience essential, ideally for a general contractor / builder
- Subcontracting or vendor experience would be considered
- Data Centre experience essential
- Trades qualified preferred, but tertiary qualifications in construction related subject would be considered
- Ability to guide and lead jobs, good reporting skills
- Understanding of contracts, procurement and design
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Full driving licence
- Australian Citizenship is required as you may be involved in Top Secret projects which would require you to obtain NV1 Security Clearance
