Location: Singapore
I am partnering with a leading developer on a major new data centre build in Singapore and I am looking for a Project Manager to join the core delivery team.
This is a construction delivery role, not operations or maintenance.
You will take ownership of key packages from pre construction through to commissioning and handover, working alongside a Project Director and wider consultant and contractor team.
Mobilisation will kick off in early 2026, but we want to identify the right person early. Early interest will be appreciated and reviewed first.
The role
- Manage day to day delivery of specific packages on a large DC project
- Coordinate design, contractors and suppliers to keep to programme
- Own progress tracking, reporting and close out of issues
- Support commercial and risk reviews with the project leadership
- Drive safety, quality and compliance on site
Your background could be civil, structural or MEP, but you must have major project experience.
Non negotiable:
- Recent experience on large data centre or mission critical projects
- Involvement through delivery, commissioning and handover
- Experience working in Singapore or similar regulated markets
- Track record with recognised contractors, developers or consultancies
- Organised, structured and calm under pressure
- Strong on detail but able to see the bigger picture
- Comfortable holding contractors to account while maintaining relationships
