As a Project Manager, supported by the Project Director, you will guide the ongoing delivery of a high value construction project, overseeing the project scope, project quality, timeframes and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Managing, and working closely with, external project management consultants
- Project control, cost and contract management.
- Day to day project reporting
- Managing communication with cross-funtional internal and external teams
- Develop and execute project management plans
- Concurrently manage multiple services
- Project reviews and audits, commissioning and project close out
- 8 years' plus experience in project/construction management for highly technical, construction projects - experienced in controlling major scale projects of 200m upwards value
- Strong experience in project control, governance and delivery frameworks
- Project management / construction qualification highly desirable
- Site based project experience essential - ideally in data centre construction projects, or similarly complex, high value builds
- High level communication skill with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels
