Project Manager - Hyperscale Data Centres
Location: Melbourne
Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 + super
Overview
MCR are working with a newly created data centre developer who are currently building their first data centre in Melbourne, with further plans to develop sites across the APAC and South Asia regions.
In this newly created position, you'll be an early employee in this exciting business, and you will be tasked with leading the end-to-end delivery of customer fitout, white space and technical services.
You'll manage the full scope from requirement definition, to design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
Key Requirements
- 8 + years project management experience in construction or large scale fitout of mission critical environments.
- Experience in delivery of works and managing customer facing relationships - either client side or consultancy
- Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, white space fitout and commissioning frameworks
- Ability to lead and develop customer relationships
- Planning and programming capability (MS Project or Primavera P6)
- Exceptional organisational skills
