We are hiring for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale datacenter developments, overseeing projects from design through commissioning and handover. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders including consultants, contractors, suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule, within budget.
What you will do:
- Lead the delivery of large-scale mission critical or data center projects from planning through to completion.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, CAPEX, risk management and overall project performance.
- Review designs, construction activities, permitting and commissioning to ensure quality, compliance and constructability.
- Qualified degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience in delivering large-scale data center or mission critical projects.
- Proven experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and construction delivery.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Communicate effectively in both English & Korean
