Responsibilities:
- Own the project from pre-construction through to final delivery.
- Lead and collaborate with top-tier external project management consultants.
- Control —costs, contracts, timelines, and quality.
- Communicate with impact across internal and external teams.
- Execute robust project management plans.
- Drive excellence through reviews, audits, commissioning, and close-out.
- 8+ years of experience in managing large-scale, high-tech construction projects.
- Proven expertise in project control, governance, and delivery frameworks.
- A project management qualification (highly desirable).
- Experience in mission-critical environments or data centre builds.
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management finesse.
