MEP Services Manager - Data Centre delivery projects
Location: Melbourne (West)
Salary range: $250k - $300k
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MEP Services Manager to work on site at a large hyperscale data centre construction project with multiple phases left to run. In particular this project does include the implementation of liquid to chip cooling solutions.
Working closely with the client, consultants and sub-contractors your role will incorporate the delivery of the installation of all services including MEP systems, fire, security, telecommunications.
This role demands a proactive approach, making sure that the technical construction not only meets the desired quality standards but is completed efficiently and in line with both time and cost constraints.
Key Requirements
- Australian Citizenship Essential
- Essential qualifications: Trade or Engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Required experience: Sound understanding of Electrical, Mechanical and Controls Systems alongside leading the delivery of critically complex construction experience.
- Experience in the oversight of delivery for MEPF systems on mission critical sites such as data centres, hospitals, prisons, power generation sites, etc
