What you will do
- You will lead and drive Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance across SEA, ensuring adherence to local regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, training programs, and safety initiatives to promote a strong safety culture.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions to improve safety performance.
- Partner with employees, contractors, project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure safe project delivery and consistent HSE standards across all operations.
- Monitor HSE performance, maintain compliance records and reporting, and provide expert guidance on regulatory changes, continuous improvement, and operational best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental or Industrial Engineering (or a related discipline), with extensive HSE management experience across SEA.
- Strong knowledge of regional HSE legislation, compliance requirements, risk management, incident investigation, and safety best practices.
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale or complex projects, with the ability to influence teams, contractors, and stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience delivering HSE training, managing multiple priorities, and driving continuous improvement.
