This is a greenfield leadership opportunity in a mission-critical environment. You’ll define the roadmap, build the team, and lead across corporate IT, operational technology and cybersecurity. With full budget ownership and direct board access, you’ll have real influence on how the business scales across multiple APAC markets.

What you’ll do
- Establish and lead the corporate ICT function across multiple APAC office locations, covering service desk, end-user computing, M365, identity and access management, and enterprise networking.
- Own the OT network and supporting IT platforms within each data centre campus, integrating with BMS, SCADA, EPMS, and facility infrastructure in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
- Lead the business to ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type II attestation, and maintain the ISMS on an ongoing basis. Define and maintain the ICT and OT technology strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
- Manage the ICT budget across OpEx and CapEx. Select and manage strategic vendors and MSPs. Recruit, develop, and lead a distributed ICT team across Australia, Singapore, and broader APAC.
- 15+ years in ICT roles with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Experience owning both corporate IT and operational technology in a mission-critical or 24x7 infrastructure environment
- Strong cybersecurity credentials, CISSP or equivalent preferred
