Overview
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a Electrical Graduate Network Coordinator to join a high-performance team delivering 100% uptime and concierge-level service in one of Australia's premier hyperscale data centre environments.
We're looking for someone to support the operation, maintenance and
optimisation of the site-wide LV and HV electrical networks across the campus.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the operation and maintenance of LV & HV electrical systems across both campuses
- Assist with switching activities, inspections, and routine maintenance
- Help monitor and maintain critical infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
- Work with senior engineers on troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Support the preparation of MOPs, SOPs, and operational documentation
- Liaise with contractors and vendors for maintenance activities
- Use systems such as BMS and monitoring tools to track performance
- Conduct site walks and assist with safety and compliance checks
You bring:
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- 1–2 years experience (internships or placements highly regarded)
- Strong interest in data centres, critical facilities, or power systems
- Basic understanding of electrical distribution systems (LV/HV)
- Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
