The opportunity Lead a country business in high-growth, tech-led construction.

Set the plan, own P&L, win work, and build a team that delivers complex projects for blue-chip clients. Real autonomy with strong regional backing and a path to wider APAC scope.

What you will do

• Own Malaysia strategy, revenue targets, forecasting, and margins
• Grow and retain key accounts through consultative BD
• Win new work and secure repeat projects with tier-one clients
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across pre and post contract
• Govern scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients and contractors
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Present to senior stakeholders with clear, no-surprises reporting

• Senior leadership in a construction consultancy environment
• Depth in Project Management or Cost Management across complex builds
• Proven revenue growth and account stewardship
• Contracting, claims, and commercial negotiation experience
• Confident communicator, credible with clients, calm under pressure
• Experience leading and scaling teams in Malaysia or ASEAN

• Exposure to mission-critical or other tech-led assets
• Regional stakeholder management across APAC
• Professional membership or chartership

• Country leadership with genuine ownership
• Autonomy plus regional support and resources
• Tasked with growth of the business via headcount & revenue
