What you'll doing:
- Ensure compliance with Taiwan HSE and fire safety regulations, corporate policies, and client requirements.
- Develop, Implement, maintain and periodically review HSE and Fire Safety Management Systems.
- Manage the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and review work activities, including but not limited to Hot Work, LOTO, Working at Height and Confined Space Entry.
- Ensure contractors, vendors and employees comply with site HSE and fire safety requirements, include but not limited to ensure they have attended the safety induction and toolbox meetings.
- Conduct HSE inspections, audits, risk assessments and workplace safety observations and ensuring timely closure of identified findings.
- Organize HSE and fire safety training, awareness campaigns and safety improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other HSE, Fire Safety or compliance duties assigned by management.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Management, Fire Safety or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE, Fire Safety or Facilities Management experience, preferably in mission-critical facilities or datacentres.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001/CNS 45001, ISO 14001, Permit-To-Work (PTW), Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation and Emergency Response.
- Certified Fire Safety Manager in Taiwan.
- Good communication and coordination skills in English and Mandarin are preferred.
