Overview
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a Electrical Graduate Network Coordinator to join a high-performance team delivering 100% uptime and concierge-level service in one of Australia's premier hyperscale data centre environments.

We're looking for someone to support the operation, maintenance and
optimisation of the site-wide LV and HV electrical networks across the campus.

Key responsibilities include:
  •  Support the operation and maintenance of LV & HV electrical systems across both campuses
  •  Assist with switching activities, inspections, and routine maintenance
  •  Help monitor and maintain critical infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
  •  Work with senior engineers on troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  •  Support the preparation of MOPs, SOPs, and operational documentation
  •  Liaise with contractors and vendors for maintenance activities
  •  Use systems such as BMS and monitoring tools to track performance
  •  Conduct site walks and assist with safety and compliance checks

You bring:
  •  Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
  •  1–2 years experience (internships or placements highly regarded)
  •  Strong interest in data centres, critical facilities, or power systems
  •  Basic understanding of electrical distribution systems (LV/HV)
  •  Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, technical environment
  •  Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Why Apply?
Rare opportunity to enter the data centre industry at an early stage
Exposure to large-scale, high-capacity facilities  with a centralised operations team
Structured learning and mentorship from experienced engineers
Clear pathway to progress into senior engineering or specialist roles
Work within a high-growth, future-focused sector

If you're passionate about mission-critical controls, thrive under pressure, and want to play a key role in world-class data centre performance — we'd love to hear from you.
