Overview
Join a leading data centre owner at a time of huge expansion, where you'll have real influence and opportunity to embed best practices from the ground up.
Working directly for the owner, you'll be holistically involved in complex and fast-tracked construction projects, but you'll also be part of the team ensuring the highest possible EH&S standards in hazardous live environments as construction projects turn into operational facilities with vast amounts of power, complex high voltage networks and high risk activities.

- Lead and coordinate site safety audits—partnering with contractors, site managers, and facilities teams to drive compliance and accountability.
- Drive high standards through audits, investigations, and proactive risk management.
- Collaborate on WHS induction programs and be a key player in fostering a safety-first mindset for new and existing staff.
- Investigate incidents and non-compliance, implement corrective actions, and share learnings across teams to build a stronger safety culture.
- Deliver high-quality EHS reports to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Australian citizenship is essential as you will be required to acquire NV1 Security Clearance
- HSE experience within construction, engineering, or complex infrastructure environments.
- Solid knowledge of EHS legislation, ISO standards, and local regulatory frameworks.
- Cert IV in OHS/WHS or higher.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence safety.
- Tech-savvy with experience using HSE management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
