Director, Solutions Engineering – APAC | Data Centre Developer
Location: Singapore
Salary: circa $216,000 + bonus (negotiable)

Help build the next wave of data centre expansion across Asia.

This role exists because the company is scaling quickly across Asia Pacific and they need someone to take ownership of how they deliver technical solutions to hyperscale clients in the region.

They already have live sites, key clients in place, and multiple active projects. What they don’t have is someone leading the pre-sales and technical solutioning process in APAC. That’s where you come in.

You’ll be the first Solutions Engineering hire on the ground. You’ll work closely with sales to understand client needs, and then coordinate across design, development, and delivery teams to shape technical solutions that are commercially viable and operationally deliverable.

You’ll lead RFP and tender responses, own client-facing technical discussions, and lay the foundation for how this function grows as the region scales.
