Director, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery | Data Centre Developer
Location: Singapore
Salary: circa $215,000 - $245,000 + bonus + benefits

You’ll take full ownership of global resilience strategy: crisis management, business continuity, risk, insurance, and travel security. Not just frameworks and policy, but real-world leadership when it matters most.

The role:

• Lead the global resilience function across mission-critical infrastructure
• Own the strategy, budget, team, and delivery across multiple regions
• Manage crisis response, business continuity, risk planning, and insurance
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22301, ISO 31000, and client standards
• Build strong partnerships across HSE, compliance, ops, and security
• Oversee global audits, governance, and leadership reporting
• Travel globally as needed when boots-on-the-ground leadership is required

• 10+ years in resilience, risk, continuity, or crisis leadership
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and enterprise-level governance
• Track record leading global programs and multi-region teams
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and simplifying complex issues
• Calm under pressure, decisive, and outcome-focused
• Degree qualified (Master’s preferred), fluent in English
• Background in data centres is great—but we’re also open to leaders from banking, tech, pharma, or any other high-stakes sector
