Design Manager 
Location: Melbourne

The Design Manager will sit in the Australian design team and be instrumental in driving the multidisciplinary MEP design strategy and execution for data centre projects across Australia. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of MEP design for new and existing data centre developments.
• Reviewing and approving engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Provide strategic input into project planning, cost control, and risk management.
• Engage with stakeholders including operations, construction, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Experience:

• Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary design within mission-critical or data centre environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex MEP design processes, from concept through delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving engineering excellence.
