Construction Manager | Data Centre Developer

What you’ll own:
- Run site delivery end‑to‑end for major data centre campus projects
- Lead safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, and commissioning execution
- Translate plans into reality using resource‑loaded schedules, EVM targets, and cash‑flow forecasts
- Identify and mitigate risk early—through planning, collaboration, and sharp project control
- Drive cost‑saving initiatives and spot opportunity before it’s missed
- Build strong relationships with GCs, vendors, procurement, finance, and QA/QC teams
- Report up to leadership with clarity—plan vs actual, risks, actions, and results
- Oversee MEP submittals, commissioning scripts, punch‑lists, and QA/QC closeout
- Civil or Structural Engineering qualifications and practical construction experience
- Proven record managing large‑scale data centre or mission‑critical builds
- Expert in safety, quality, scheduling, and cost control on high‑value projects
- Deep understanding of civil and structural works, from groundworks to handover
- Skilled with earned value, resource loading, and cost forecasting
- Strong communicator—equally credible with site teams and C‑suite stakeholders
- Bachelor’s in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering (PM certs a bonus)
