About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead critical operations across a data centre facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and reliable performance of all electrical systems, supporting 100% uptime.
This is a Monday–Friday role with participation in an on-call roster .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day electrical operations and provide technical expertise
- Act as the escalation point for incidents and faults
- Coordinate planned works, shutdowns, switching and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with HV/LV procedures, safety standards and permits
- Monitor system performance via BMS/EPMS and maintain operational readiness
- Review and develop SOPs, MOPs and operational documentation
- Support incident management and risk assessements
- Manage vendor works
- Mentor and develop technical team members
- A-Grade Electrical Licence (or relevant Electrical Engineering qualification)
- Experience in data centres or mission-critical environments
- Strong knowledge of critical power systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, ATS/STS)
- Proven supervisory experience, ideally in a 24/7 operation
- Proven experience in switching, fault response and plant operations
- Familiar with BMS/EPMS and CMMS
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership capability
