Overview
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a first-class Critical Facilities Manager to work on site at a highly critical data centre operation in Melbourne.
This is a role which requires you to combine your management, technical and commercial skills. The 24/7 facilities have continuous operation and your job will be to lead a team of mainly technical staff, who are responsible for ensuring the uptime of all critical engineering equipment that supports the ongoing operation of a large, technically complex site.

Key Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent trade in electrical, mechanical engineering or building services
- Data Centre experience very highly desirable
- Experience working with large industrial sized plant equipment such as generators, chillers, cooling towers, HV, transformers etc
- Ability to lead with strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of compliance
- High level reporting skills
