FM Contracts & Cost Manager
Salary $125,000 - $135,000 + super and bonus
- Contract administration for all Australian data centres
- Procurement and purchasing of engineering services and soft services (facilities management)
- Review claims, invoices and variations
- Cost reporting for all active contracts and services
- Managing contractual issues and disputes.
- Develop processes and procedures.
- Monitoring vendor performance and adherence to service level agreements
- Prepare business cases to support procurement activities.
- Develop and review tender packages and evaluations, scope of works, bid templates and reviews.
Requirements:
- 4 years’ experience in facilities management contract administration / procurement role relating to facilities management
- Strong understanding of contract management and administration
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and administration skills with high attention to detail.
