FM Contracts & Cost Manager - Client side 
Salary $125,000 - $135,000 + super and bonus

Newly created role due to operational expansion.  Work for a hyperscale data centre owner and operator.

Role will include: 
  • Contract administration of Facilities Management contracts 
  • Procurement and purchasing of engineering services and soft services 
  • Review claims, invoices and variations
  • Cost reporting for all active contracts and services
  • Managing contractual issues and disputes.
  • Develop processes and procedures.
  • Monitoring vendor performance and adherence to service level agreements
  • Prepare business cases to support procurement activities.
  • Develop and review tender packages and evaluations, scope of works, bid templates and reviews.
  
Requirements:
  • 4 years’ experience in facilities management contract administration / procurement role relating to facilities management 
  • Strong understanding of contract management and administration of FM service contracts
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and administration skills with high attention to detail.
  • Relevant qualificationl in facilities, business, engineering or QS desireable
