I am looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a global, award-winning industry leader in the Data Centre sector. This role is based in Sydney and supports the delivery of multi million dollar hyperscale projects that enable the world’s most innovative tech companies to scale.
You will be the commercial backbone for the Project Director, ensuring high-value construction contracts are executed with precision.
- Drafting and issuing contracts that accurately reflect complex scopes of work.
- Assessing claims, managing variations, and resolving disputes to keep project risks at a minimum.
- Utilising cost management software to track budgets and manage project contingencies.
- Acting as the bridge between internal operations, finance, and external Tier-1 subcontractors.
- At least 3 years of experience in Contract Administration within large-scale commercial construction (Data Centre experience is a major plus, but not a dealbreaker).
- Proficiency in modern cost management and project tracking software.
- The ability to translate complex commercial terms for various business stakeholders.
