Mission Critical Recruitment is partnering with a specialist contractor delivering mission-critical projects on the search for a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on major data centre developments in the region.
This is a delivery-side role owning the commercial performance of projects from procurement through to final account.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading pre and post-contract commercial management on data centre projects
- Managing subcontract procurement, package tendering, valuations and final accounts
- Owning change control, variations and claims to protect project margin
- Administering contracts (FIDIC, JCT, NEC or bespoke forms) and managing commercial risk
- Driving cost certainty, commercial governance and cash flow across the project lifecycle
- Working closely with delivery, design and supply chain teams to keep projects commercially on track
- Proven commercial management experience within data centre or critical infrastructure delivery
- Strong track record in subcontract management, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Confident administering FIDIC, NEC, JCT or bespoke contract forms
- Solid understanding of the mission-critical construction environment
- APAC or emerging-market experience a plus, but strong international candidates encouraged to apply
