Bid Manager – APAC | Data Centre Developer
Location: Singapore
Salary: circa $165,000 - $215,000 + bonus (negotiable)

We’re working with a global data centre operator that’s scaling fast across Asia Pacific. They already have hyperscale clients and live projects. Now they need someone to take full control of the bid process and secure the next wave of work.

You’ll manage the full bid lifecycle across the region. From initial RFP to final submission, you’ll be responsible for coordinating inputs, aligning stakeholders, and producing clear, compelling proposals that can actually be delivered. You’ll work closely with sales, solutions engineering, site development, and delivery teams to bring it all together.

This is not a back-office role. You’ll be front and centre on some of the biggest deals in the region.

What you bring

• Strong experience managing bids in the hyperscale data centre space
• Clear understanding of the full bid process, including RFPs, pricing, compliance, and presentations
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and technical teams
• Skilled at keeping multiple moving parts aligned under pressure
• Strong communicator who can simplify complexity and hit deadlines
• Background in engineering or commercial roles preferred
• Based in Singapore or another key APAC hub, with occasional travel
