Associate Director, Cost Management (Singapore)
Location: Singapore
Salary: $170k - 200k + bonus
What you’ll do
- Lead key client accounts and build long-term partnerships
- Coach a high-performing team. Set standards. Ensure delivery quality and value
- Run tender and bid activity end to end. From docs to analysis to reporting
- Build estimates and cost plans for major programs
- Control spend with valuations, cost reports and clear variation comms. Keep documentation sharp and timely
- 8+ years in cost management, ideally from a consultancy, on large projects. Data centres or life sciences a plus
- Pre and post contract experience. Degree in a construction or project discipline
- Strong communicator who builds trust with clients and teams. Chartership (MRICS) done or in progress
- Big, complex work with a collaborative team and clear progression
